TEN STEPS FOR SUCCESS
1.Keep it as simple as possible:
We all want to see colours and graphics and..
but all those bring confusion especially if they are without any reason.
2.let the viewers see what they want to see:
the majority of the users hate web pages that force them to see something that it came from nowhere
3.make them feel safe:
if your viewers see something that they think its going to put them in trouble,then you lose their trust and that means that your web page is gone
4.create something new:
put your imagination engines to work.Make something different,something they haven't already saw somewhere else.That will make them stay
5.navigation:
navigation is very important for a good site.Make your viewers able to go everywhere they want on your site from every page
6.double check:
Try to double check your grammar and your words.That will show them that you are a professional and you respect them
7.do not use too much advertising:
If you fill your pages with banners,your page wont look as home page.Also statistic show that users they do not click them.If you already put a banner on your page,at least make it familiar with your page subject.
8.make it big:
If you do not have a specific subject try to make your page as big as possible so you can catch their interest on something-if you have a specific subject 8 pages are enough to cover your subject.
9.view other pages:
serf the net and try to see what other pages offer and what they don't-simple learn from others mistakes
10.offer them an easy way to contact with you:
it would be nice to put your e-mail in a lot of places.With this way they will see that you are pleased to help them with their questions

what is all about
The word award or kudos or honors it does not matter how we say it.It means the same thing.Awards is the "BRAVO"from a webmaster to another.That is the explanation for the strong feeling we have for those.Winning an award gives you the right to say to yourself i am good.
sometimes they cause trouble
Awards also works as a chain between wembasters and webmistress.They give the opportunity for friendships to be born.That is very good,but it getting bad when you try to advantage this friendship.What i mean is that when you give an award you must not have in mind that the other is obligated to give you his.For example if you give an award and the same day you apply for his/her award you gave yours,that is called advantage.This will bring the other in a real difficult situation because with this way you force him to give you his/her award even if you do not deserve it.Try to avoid this

Allright you won a variety of awards and you are satisfied.
What you must not do:rest and do not give any attention to your site anymore or put links that you should not have.
What you must do:After those honors you won,now you have to show that you are good.They say that it is easy to reach to the top but it is very hard to stay there.It is a matter of respect.Those persons who offered you there signature,their approval respected you and your work.What will make you greater its to give the respect back and try to make your site better and keep it safe for all.That is a good way to say thanks.
